We start with hand-selected, premium pork loin ribs, which are then seasoned with a secret blend of spices before being placed in the smoker. Slow-cooked over hickory and oak wood for a full 6 hours, the result is a culinary masterpiece that's rich in flavour and irresistibly tender.
Cooking Method: For best results heat up in the vacuum bag (in hot water for 30 mins or for 2-3 minutes in the microwave), then take out the bag, sauce it up with your favourite BBQ sauce, put it in the oven, grill or on the BBQ, until your sauce caramelizes!
